Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using CleanLux services. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and cleaning services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CleanLux website (cleanlux.cc) and booking our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CleanLux. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Effective Date: These terms are effective as of January 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until modified or terminated according to these terms.

2. Service Availability

CleanLux provides professional cleaning services throughout Metro Manila, Philippines. Our service areas include but are not limited to: Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Ortigas Center, and surrounding areas within a 25-kilometer radius of our central location.

Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We do not provide services on Sundays or Philippine public holidays unless specifically arranged.

7. Contact Form Validation

8. Booking Terms & Conditions

All cleaning services must be booked through our website, mobile app, or by phone. We require a minimum 24-hour advance notice for standard bookings and 48-hour notice for deep cleaning or specialized services.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

CleanLux maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or stored, or for normal wear and tear.

For valuable or delicate items, please inform our team before service begins. We recommend moving irreplaceable or extremely valuable items to a safe location prior to cleaning.

Insurance Coverage: CleanLux carries ₱5,000,000 in general liability insurance and ₱2,000,000 in professional indemnity coverage.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for providing cleaning services and communication regarding your bookings.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. All data is stored securely with appropriate encryption and access controls.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
